Please read this!

  • 1st€uro always answers to ANY message sent by "Mail to Support" webform or by "Pre-Sales Contact" webform.
  • ANY OTHER mail sent to us gets deleted by server before reading, if sender is no whitelisted (i.e. Moneybookers.com, AlertPay, some other).
  • If you sent an order, we send the related information to the email address used for the payment. You need to secure that our mail (often with pdf attachments) can reach you and will not get deleted by your spam filter. Unfortunately, we relative often see that we get a payment and our answer comes back bounced or with "box full" or even not, and the sender complains again and again. You can be sure, a message proceeded by the webform always arrives us and always gets an answer. So check your spam filter and/or use a different email address in that form.
  • Hotmail customers: look in your junk box.
  • You need to whitelist: @1stEuro.Net | @1stEuro.US | @1stEuro.EU | @1stEuro.ASIA.
  • In rare cases, when we see a new customer who made a payment but seems not to get our information, and so also not yet got the login data for the ticket system, we send a small amount of 0.10 to the account from that the order payment (Moneybookers, AlertPay) come, with the login data for the ticket system.
